MILLAB is a virtual laboratory for applied research projects related to media and information literacy research and development of media and information literacy teaching methods created in collaboration between Riga Stradins University (Latvia), Vilnius University (Lithuania), University of Wroclaw (Poland), Tartu University (Estonia), the National news agency LETA and the National Library of Latvia.  Main priciple of MILLAB is openness - this is a site for a free exchange of ideas and information, all teachers, researchers, authors of programs, books and teaching materials, as well as other interested are invited to test their ideas.
